Scroll down for English post البان كيك من أشهر وصفات الإفطار بالكثير من الدول الغربية، وانتقلت هذه الثقافة مؤخرا إلى مجتمعنا العربي وأصبح من وصفات الإفطار أو التحلية المفضلة، لكن كيف نحصل على بان كيك هش وشهي؟ إليكم طريقتي لبان كيك خفيف وهش مثل الكيك الأسفنجي :) نصيحة الوصفة: 1- السر للحصول على أفضل نتيجة يفضل استخدام دقيق كيك ذاتي التخمير. 2- إذا لم يكن ذاتي التخمير متاح يمكن استخدام دقيق الكيك ووضع ملعقة شاي بيكينج باودر لكل كوب من الدقيق وهذا بخلاف البيكينج باودر المستخدم في الوصفة. 3- لا نخلط البانكيك بشكل زائد بعد إضافة الدقيق، فقط نخلط حتى يتجانس القوام ونتوقف. الوصفة تكفــي: 6 إلى 8 بان كيك حسب الحجم وقت التحضير: 5 دقائق وقت الطهــــي: 20 دقيقة تقريباً Pancake is very popular in many countries as a breakfast, it became popular lately in the Arab world too for breakfast or dessert.
